The main features of GRG are:

1. Unlimited moldability and no deformation: The product can be made into any desired shape based on the project's design drawings, which are converted into production drawings. A mold is made first, and the product is then formed through the mold.

2. Breathable and naturally regulates indoor humidity: GRG panels are a type of board with a large number of pores, which can absorb moisture from the air and release moisture from gypsum wall surfaces in a natural environment. This helps to regulate the relative humidity of the indoor environment and create a comfortable microclimate.

3. Lightweight and high strength: Typically, GRG panels are 10mm thick, with a weight of 16-18kg/m2 per square meter. This can reduce the weight and load of the main building structure. Its high strength makes it resistant to pressure with a strength of 38MPa and resistance to bending of 14MPa or more.

4. Good acoustic effects: The thickness of GRG can be customized according to the acoustic requirements, and it can be as thin as about 4mm, which can meet the acoustic reflection requirements and maintain good shape design. As an acoustic structure, it can achieve the effects of sound insulation and sound absorption.

5. Fire resistance: When a fire occurs, in addition to being flame-retardant, it can also release up to 15% to 20% of its own weight in water, which can significantly lower the surface temperature of the fire and reduce fire losses.

6. Short processing cycle: The demolding time for GRG products is only 1-2 hours, and the special treatment and drying time is only 4-8 hours, which can greatly shorten the product production processing cycle.
